Do Relationships Make You Feel Anxious?

When we begin a new relationship, it can sometimes cause us to feel a little nervous or even anxious, and this is completely normal. There is some risk associated with relating to someone we’re attracted to and hoping to build a relationship with. There’s the risk we will love them more than they love us, the risk that they will reject or abandon us or that we’ll find out they weren’t who we thought they were.
